How much does a new air conditioning system cost?
It depends on the system, the house and the access, so we inspect first and then give you a fixed quote before any work starts. No hourly rates and no bill shock.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Fixed Upfront Pricing means the figure is set in writing before anyone lifts a tool, so you know the full cost before we begin.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes, $50 off first service for new customers and a 10% pensioner discount. Humm interest-free finance is also available for larger jobs.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency repairs?

How fast can you respond to an urgent callout?

Licensing, Insurance and Warranty

Are you licensed to handle refrigerant?
Yes, we work under ARC Licence L162586, the RAC01 Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence, which covers installation, service and refrigerant handling.
Are you insured?
We are, fully licensed and insured, and we're a family-owned Adelaide business with ten years operating across Greater Adelaide.
What warranty covers the workmanship?
The Lifetime Labour Warranty. If a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost, with no conditions attached.

Split system or ducted, which suits my home?

Does evaporative cooling actually work here?

Which brands do you install and service?
Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and ActronAir, across split and ducted systems. We'll match the unit to the rooms, the roof space and your budget.
How often should a system be serviced?
Once a year, ideally before the first hot week of summer, because filters, coils and condensate drains all collect dust over a season and a clean keeps running costs down. Book an air conditioning clean before summer hits.
